Description —  Custom C.I. Model Aluminum Upward Acting Sectional Doors are designed for many commercial and industrial applications. This incredibly strong door provides high light transmission and visibility.

LIMITATIONS: High wind load applications are achieved with this spectacularly engineered product. Whether you need a very large door or want to use 5/8" insulated glass, the Custom CI can handle it all.

Application — Maximum size limits: Width up to 32'

RAILS AND STILES — To be joined by heli-arc welds in unexposed locations. Aluminum alloy 6063-T6. Door thickness: 1 3/4" Bottom rail: 4 1/2" or 7 1/2". Meeting rails: 3 7/8" . Top rail: 4 1/2". End stiles: 4 1/2" or 7 1/2". Center stiles: 3 3/8".

FINISH— Anodized per alum. Assoc. spec A-21.

PANELS — .051 Anodized aluminum sheet.

GLAZING — 1/8" glass set in continuous vinyl channel and held in place with a rigid plastic snap-in bead. 1/4" and 7/16" insulated glass also available. Designer glazing available.

BOTTOM WEATHER SEAL — Cold-weather rubber astragal.

SIDE WEATHER SEAL — Wood jamb - positive seal aluminum stops. Steel jambs - vinyl perimeter seal.

TRACK — ARM-R-TITE galvanized 2" or 3" track as required by door size, vertical track bracket or angle mounted, horizontal track angle mounted.

HARDWARE — Stamped 14-gauge galvanized steel.

ROLLERS — Heavy-duty full ball bearing with hardened inner race.

COUNTERBALANCE — Stamped 14 gauge galvanized steel.

LOCKING DEVICE —Interior slide bolt.
